 Keith H. Anderson, CPA: Keith founded Anderson Accountancy Corporation in 1981 after practicing as a CPA for several years.  He is currently President and managing shareholder of the firm.  Keith’s years of experience in tax preparation and planning and business consulting have made him an invaluable resource for the firm and his clients.  He is one of the few CPAs in the county with extensive experience in estate and trust accounting matters and has prepared and reported on the accounting for such entities as required by the county courts in addition to preparing necessary tax returns.  He has consulted with clients in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, high technology, healthcare, restaurant and food service, construction, and professional service providers, including  attorneys, physicians, insurance agents/brokers, and consultants to name a few.  In his free time, Keith enjoys sailing, fishing, and target shooting. 

 

Jeanette E. Anderson, CPA, CFE: Jeanette is currently Vice-President and shareholder of the firm.  She is the daughter of Keith and as such, has been exposed to the public accounting business for all of her life.  She began working at the firm during her teenage years and as a result, chose to pursue a career in public accounting.  In addition to being a CPA, Jeanette is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, adding significant depth of expertise in the area of internal controls design and evaluation, litigation support, fraud investigation and damages calculations to the firm.  Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Jeanette worked as a Corporate Controller for several public companies in the high technology industry where she was responsible for all financial accounting and external reporting functions as well as design and implementation of a plan to comply with the requirements set forth in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.  Prior to her roles as Corporate Controller, she spent eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, most recently as an Audit Senior Manager.  She graduated with Great Distinction from San Jose State University with a degree in Accounting.  In her free time, she enjoys chasing after her three young sons, swimming, hiking and camping.   

Shirley Justus, Office Manager: Shirley is an invaluable member of our team and handles all facets of the office operations.  Her primary goal is to make sure our clients receive quick attention and are well cared for, all while ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.  She has years of valuable experiene as both a business owner and employee in industries ranging from banking to customer service and technical sales.  As a result, she is able to understand clients' needs and direct them to the professional best suited to help.  Shirley has numerous years experience in bookkeeping and billing services.  In addition, Shirley successfully completed CompTIA A+ (computer operating systems and hardware) and networking certification training.  In her free time, Shirley enjoys traveling, working on home improvement projects and spending time with her family, including her two cherished grandchildren.
